Fernway Mobile App
Fernway is a social community platform that allows users to create, browse, rate and share routes. It is a platform catered to feature and encourage nature trails and routes exploration. Fernway functions as a navigation app that not only provides you with real time navigation from starting point to destination, but in between them, there are also multiple points, akin to an itinerary.
Logo Design / Name Ideation
The name ‘fernway’ originates from the word ‘way’ and the german word ‘fernweh’,which translate to mean “A strong desire to travel to far off places”.
The word ‘fernweh’ is incorporated to provide and incite a connotation of the crave and yearning to navigate and explore new interesting routes.
The word ‘way’ is incorporated to introduce association that the app is a navigation app, and that it will provide you with the way to explore.
